Why are you this cheap?
We cut the things that cost money. We did not cut the metering, the IP labelling or the refunds, and the honesty page says how each one works.
A short catalogue, on purpose
Every line we sell is priced in the open. No enterprise tier, no bundle that exists to make another bundle look reasonable. A short catalogue is cheap to run.

One public server instead of a ticket desk and a chat widget. You often get an answer from someone who hit the same wall last week, which costs us nothing and helps you faster.
Nobody here is on commission
There is no sales team, no demo to book, no annual contract to negotiate. We would rather put that money into the price than into a funnel.

Pick the cheapest one that works
Most people buy a more expensive proxy than they need. Each page says plainly what the product is for, and when a cheaper one would do the same job.
Residential proxies
Rotating IPs from real home connections. The one to reach for when a site turns away data centre traffic.
ISP proxies
Static IPs that belong to a consumer ISP but sit in a data centre. Home-network reputation at server speed, held for as long as you rent them.
Datacenter proxies
Server IPs, rented by the IP for a fixed term. Fast, cheap, and enough for most jobs.

How do I know your usage meter is honest?
Because you can check it. Every request you make is logged with its own byte count and you can export the whole lot as CSV, then compare it against your own client-side numbers. If the two disagree, tell us and we will fix the bill.
Are these IPs sourced ethically?
Our residential IPs come from people who opted into an SDK and get paid for it, and who can leave whenever they want. We do not buy pools from brokers who cannot tell us where the IPs came from.
What can I not use ProxyPanda for?
Anything aimed at people instead of data: credential stuffing, fraud, spam, CSAM, harassment, or attacks on infrastructure. We enforce it. Anyone we remove for it still gets their whole unused balance back, however long ago they topped it up, unless that balance was itself paid for fraudulently.
Do you offer a free trial?
Not a free tier, but the minimum top-up is $5 and it never expires, which is about as close as we can get without attracting the kind of traffic that gets an IP pool blocked.
