When you pay for an ad in one city, the way to see what runs there is to look from there. The same goes for spotting copycat listings in a market you do not live in.
Ad networks decide what to show from the viewer’s location and network. From your office you see the campaign as you set it up, which says little about what a reader in another region got: the right creative, a competitor’s ad, or a landing page that redirects somewhere it should not.
