About
Cheap proxies, with the rules written down
ProxyPanda sells residential, ISP and datacenter proxies near the bottom of the market on price. We want to be the provider you can get a straight answer from. Here is who we built it for, how we work and how to reach us.
Who it is for
People who buy on price and have been burned before
Hobbyists, indie developers, bot builders, students and anyone running a scraper on a budget. Many of you have met a cheap provider that went wrong: a meter that ran fast, an IP sold under the wrong country, a refund that never arrived.
You pay as you go, often in crypto, usually from a phone or a Discord window, and you would like to find out whether a proxy works without filling in a form first. The signup, the billing and the support are set up around that.
Every page on this site, legal pages included, is also written in Simplified Chinese. 阅读中文版
The one idea
Cheap and honest, side by side
Our prices sit near the bottom of the market. The places where cheap proxies usually cut corners are written down on the honesty page, so each one is a published rule that applies to everyone the same way.
How a gigabyte is counted
The meter logs every request with its own byte count. You can export the log and add it up yourself.
How an IP is labelled
Each IP carries a country and a network type. Traffic spent on a mislabelled one is credited back to your account.
How refunds work
Who can ask, for what, within which window, and where the money goes when you do.
Where the abuse line sits
What the network may not be used for, how we enforce it, and what happens to the balance of an account we close.
What we will not do
A few things you will not get from us
- A subscription. You top up a balance, spend it as you go, and it does not expire.
- A bill for connection failures. On traffic-billed products, timeouts, resets and errors from our own gateway are billed at zero and still show on your usage log.
- Signup hoops. An email and a password open an account. We do not ask for a company name, a phone number or a description of your project.
- A sales call. Nobody has to approve you. Sign up, top up, and your proxy details are waiting in the dashboard.
- An uptime guarantee we cannot back. We post incidents in Discord, and when an outage burns your traffic we credit it back to your account without waiting to be asked.
- The balance of an account we close. If we close an account under the acceptable use policy, its whole unused balance is returned to the card or wallet that paid for it, however long ago it was topped up, unless that balance was funded fraudulently.
Support
Support happens in Discord
We run one public Discord server. Questions are answered there by us, or by another customer who already solved the same problem, and billing questions are welcome too. The answer stays in the channel for the next person who needs it.
For anything that should stay private, email [email protected]. Reports of abuse coming from our network go to [email protected].

Questions about us go to Discord too
Ask how something works, or whether a proxy fits your job, before you spend anything. The reply stays in the channel where others can check it.
